    The walls are noise walls built and maintained by the FDOT to give the occupants along the highway a quieter lifestyle. The clouds do look pretty in that photo BTW!

      Yeah, I know why they build them but think it’s a rip-off to taxpayers, since in this case the road pre-dated the houses along it. Also, it makes the drive unfriendly to drivers since they can’t see the community. I do hate walls!
